Well, we did say we hoped to be able to announce something a little bit special for our prize draw and those awfully nice people over at Lincoln have come up trumps. We’ve produced a very limited edition poster-sized print of a very famous equestrian who has kindly signed it to make it a truly unique offering.
The photo in question was taken at the Lincoln Eventer’s Challenge 2011 and features none other than Mr Oliver Townend. It has been mounted and framed to create a very special prize for one of the many Oliver Townend fans out there.
The competition will take the form of a prize draw and it’s dead easy to enter - simply ‘Like’ us on facebook to be in it to win it. Once we reach 500 ‘likes’* we’ll hold the draw. Top prize (so far!) is the signed and framed poster-print of Oliver. Also up for grabs are two smaller sized prints, a portrait session for you and your horse, a copy of Simon Barnes’ thoroughly entertaining read ‘A Horsey Life’ and those nice people at Lincoln have very kindly donated a goody bag with all manner of equine treats. So get ‘liking’, get your friends liking and get their friends liking - sooner we hit that magical 500 mark the sooner we can make the draw. Then think up the next one.
*Just to make it clear, the draw will be made at random once we’ve reached the target, it’s NOT a prize for being the 500th ‘liker’. In true equestrian style, we’re aiming to ‘give rosettes to sixth place’ - although we hope to offer something a little more exciting than a rosette!
